Personal data is information which relates to an identifiable living person.  This may be information such as your name, address, email address and other personal details, including contact telephone numbers, alternative delivery address and relevant documentation required for delivery of certain items.

We may ask for payment information which is securely collected and processed.

The purpose for collecting the data

We use your data to enable us to provide you with the services you require; to provide you with information regarding collection and delivery times; to update you on any changes to your delivery schedule.

In addition, we will contact you regarding payment in the form of an invoice emailed to the account you have supplied.  For card payments over the phone, we will require you to share payment details which will be securely collected and processed.  These details will not be recorded except into the payment device being used at the time of payment.  We do not retain this information. 

Data storage, transfers, security and access

We will only store your personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes for which it was collected.  Where we provide you with any service, we will retain any information you provide to us at least as long as we continue to provide that service to you.

We may share your data with selected third parties. For example, we may share your information with:

-        Auction houses
-        Other Courier firms where we believe that they can better assist you with your requirements

There are certain exceptional circumstances in which we may disclose your information to third parties. This would be where we believe that the disclosure is:
